Prices and Policies

 

2014 Pricing

 50% of session fee as deposit and contract are due within 1 week of booking to secure your session.  Deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days from scheduled session.  If session is cancelled within 60 days of your session this fee is nonrefundable, but can be used towards a rescheduled session.  Remaining 50% of your session fee is due 1 week prior to your session.

Prices are subject to change at any time. You will be locked into current pricing as soon as your deposit is paid and your contract is signed.

 

All session fees include:

-Time and talent of photographer.

-Travel to a location of your choice in the Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra area (within 20 miles of the 32081 zip code). I'll suggest a location if you have no preference.  Travel outside of the above radius for additional travel fee.

-Pre-session consultation via phone or email.

-Full styling of newborn sessions including props.

-Post session consultation via phone or email, to assist with ordering process and to make recommendations for wall arrangements/albums.  $300 print order minimum is required for in home post session consultation.

-Gallery of 20-40 edited images to choose from for full sessions and 10-20 images for a half sessions.

-3 full resolution image downloads with print release.

-Galleries will be made available within 2-3 weeks of portrait session.

-Final images will be delivered via download.  A custom USB will also be provided to back up your images (full sessions only).

Portrait Half Session
-$175 fee includes a 30 minute session with 1 child ($25 each additional child/3 children max).

-Gallery of 10-20 images to choose from.
-3 full resolution image downloads with print release.
-Additional high resolution digital files with print release $30 each.
-$150 for full gallery.

Full Portrait Sessions
-Session fee is $200.and includes a $50 print credit and 3 full resolution image downloads with print release.
-Sessions generally last approximately 1 hour.
-For up to 6 individuals.  $15 each additional individual.

Digital Packages:
-10 high resolution digital files from your gallery with print release $225

-15 high resolution digital files from your gallery with print release $275

                                                  or
-All high resolution digital files from your gallery with print release $325

Newborn Half Session
-$200 fee includes a 30-60 minute session in my home studio with 1 child.
-1 backdrop set-up.
-Gallery of 10-15 images.
-3 full resolution digital images with print release.
-Individual high resolution digital files with print release $30 each.
-All digital files from your gallery with print release $125.

Full Newborn Session
-Session fee is $300 and includes a $50 print credit and 3 full resolution image downloads. -Takes place in the comfort of your own home.
-The newborn session is part posing your baby with backdrops/props/blankets/etc and part family lifestyle.  If you’d prefer a complete lifestyle session, please refer to full portrait session pricing and details.
-Sessions generally last approximately 3-4 hours and generally take place within the 1^st 5-10 days of life.

Digital Packages:
-10 high resolution digital files from your gallery with print release $225

-All high resolution digital files from your gallery with print release $325.

First Look Session
-This is a 1 hour session and will take place while you're still in the hospital after the baby arrives.  It's a perfect chance to capture siblings meeting their newest accomplice, grandparents laying eyes on their newest grandchild for the first time, or simply Mom and Dad soaking it all in.

-$200 all inclusive fee when booked with a newborn session.  15-20 full resolution image downloads with print release.

-Full portrait session fees apply when booked without a newborn session.

Births

-$1200

-I will be on call 2 weeks prior to your due date and 2 weeks following your due date.
-I will be with you from the time you arrive at the hospital until 2 hours after your baby is born.
-Best images will be processed and given to you on a custom USB drive with print release.
-Fusion video.

Milestones Package

-$1375
-Sessions at birth,, 4 months, 8 months, and one year. 

-Birth and one year sessions are full sessions, include the whole family, and come with 20-40 full resolution image downloads. 

. -4 and 8 month sessions are half sessions featuring the new addition, and come with 10-15 full resolution image downloads.

-You’ll be provided with a 5x7 spiral bound proof book from each session.

-$50 print credit with newborn and 1 year sessions. 

-$25 print credit with 4 and 8 month session.

Events (birthday parties, reunions, weddings, etc).
-$350 for first 2 hours.
-$100 each additional hour.
-3 hour minimum.
-CD of high resolution images from your gallery included.

Print Prices (Sales tax and shipping not included).
